Gift Certificate FAQ

How do I redeem my gift certificate?

If you receive a gift certificate by mail it will contain details of who sent you the certificate, along with possibly a short message from them. You must create a new account in our store, if you do not have one already. (To create an account, click on the 'Log In' link in the banner, and fill in the online form beneath the headline, "New? Please Provide Your Billing Information".)

The gift card you receive will also contain a special gift code. You may redeem your new gift certificate by entering the code below:

When you click on the 'submit' button, you will be taken to the store's Redeem Gift Certificate page. If you are not logged in, you will be asked to provide your email address and password first. If you do not have an account in our store, you will be asked to create one, before the gift certificate is validated and placed in your account. Once it is validated, you may spend it on whatever you want.

Note: you may always return to the Gift Certificate FAQ area to check your current balance.
