I bought this book on the recommendation of a friend so I could figure out which birds were coming to my feeders. I live in Ohio, and this book has helped me identify all the birds that have visited my feeders so far. It is a basic bird identification book that has nice pictures of the birds and basic facts about where they are found and what they like to eat. I am very happy with it and would recommend it to any backyard birdwatcher.
I bought this booklet years ago and found it so helpful and informative that I bought another one for my mother-in-law who is bedridden and can't get around any more. She has become an avid bird watcher with a bird feeder right outside her window. When I visit, we can identify all the birds outside. I highly recommend this book to anyone, but especially for those who are just beginning to watch birds. It is very easy to use and is so much fun!
Love your books, they have just the right amount of information.
I am wanting to know more about birds and how to attract them to my backyard. This book is good.
