"This is a little pool I call The Chute, and it's on my winter walking route. I sometimes see bluebirds there on nice days. To me, seeing bluebirds in the dead of winter is a gift. This pair was drawn from life in a series of sunny October morning sessions with the birds that nest in our front yard."
