The camera mounting arm makes it easy to mount your BirdCam on a common bird feeder pole at your choice of angles. It is designed to mount on any bird feeder pole with an outside diameter of 0.5 – 1.5 inches, or to any post, wall, or tree.

Having the camera mounted on the bird feeder pole and a minimal distance for the Birdcam 2.0 was an excellant idea. The resulting close photos are very clear. I found this mount easier to use than a tripod which couldn't be raised to the height of bird feeder.
