Team Notes

Participants: Linda McCandless, Kathy Walters, Al Pelligrinelli, Scott Zucker, Mary Young, Sue Young, Louann Dillon

Weather: Partly cloudy, high 91 degrees, wind 12-15 mph

Location: Green Cay Wetlands, Boynton Beach, FL

Time At Location: 7:30A - 4:30P

Notes:
Our circle was located in the gazebo on the NW corner of the Green Cay boardwalk, allowing us to see the wetlands, as well as the trees lining the park. Our gazebo had benches and a roof and was off the boardwalk proper so we weren't in the way of other visitors to the park. We were delighted by a trio of Belted Kingfishers who put on a real show throughout our stay.

Anecdotes:
We enjoyed good looks at the American Bittern who walked to within three feet of our gazebo.
