Notes:
A great time enjoying the birds, family and the lake. What a wonderful start to the day with having 2 Great Horned Owls calling back and forth, and having deer snort. We had 2 rare county bird sightings, including White-winged Scoters and a Dunlin. We had 3 social Greater Yellowlegs join us along the shoreline. Saw several boaters, one guy caught a really nice bass in front of us. Counted 4 monarchs, last year we had over 300 migrating. Little to no wind with cloudy skies most of the day. Happy Birding!
